That learning platform is a personal environment, where you can learn whenever you want, and pick up the thread at any time where you left it. Think of it a bit like your personal Wikipedia, but about temporary agency work. Don't worry, we don't do anything with your data, except create an account. How was the e-learning content determined?
In order to know what information had to be included, we contacted our partners. Two working groups were set up: one group worked specifically on legislation and the other group worked out all the practical questions relating to temporary agency work. Additionally, the content was checked by legal services, and by P&I regarding security. Pimento reviewed everything and made sure it was ‘youth proof’. Wablieft did a final checkup and advised us to use plain language.
What part did young people play in the development of this e-learning?
A large number of youth coaches were involved in the working groups that looked at the content of this e-learning. We also organised two workshops with young people and asked their opinion on the visuals and content. Moreover, a trainee and a temp were also working on this project (both of whom were part of the target group).
